I was collecting stars for my Character Pico when I went to Jokamachi and found that everyone was gathering to witness the Edo Jokamachi ghost. So I explored the internet, tried to find a way to witness the ghost, and I found it. Very easy. Here's some picture:

How to see the ghost :
1. Run the local time setting
2. Set the time zone to Hawaii
3. Set the time to 8:35 PM.

Note:
Only Pico with the right computer time setting will witness the ghost. I was the only one who got the gold star. My brother was online and warp to me but he didn't see the ghost. He was right in front of me with his laptop and yes, I saw no ghost on his PC, but then I looked at mine and there was the ghost floating under the tree.
